Bee milk, the ‘miracle medicine’ for many diseases! Medicinal plant specialist Ylli Merja shows the right doses and some recipes for use

In the section “Plants and Health” in the morning show “Rreze Dielli” on Report TV with the medical plant specialist Ylli Merja we talked about bee’s milk, the “miracle medicine” for many diseases. How much should be the right dose for children and adults as well as ways of use.

“Everything that bees produce is a blessing to man. “Bee milk is one of nature’s best kept secrets,” begins the conversation with medicinal plant specialist Ylli Merja. Royal jelly is produced by the glands of worker bees, it is white to yellow in color, it is like cream, it has a sour taste and a little aroma.

A quality milk should be like mistletoe juice and when we touch it with the tips of our fingers it should not turn grainy in our hand, says Merja. Described as a superfood for superpowers, royal jelly increases immunity and treats a number of diseases in the body.

Bee milk contains:

· Over 150 biologically active ingredients

· Water 66 – 69 %

· Essential amino acids 17-19%

· Fat 3-5%

Minerals 2-2.5% (potassium, calcium, sodium, zinc, iron, copper)

· Vitamin 2% (A, B, B2, B5, B6, B8)

· Hormones, stimulating substances

· Enzyme

It is valued as the nectar of the gods for the extraordinary values it provides to the organism. Rich in nutrients that give only health, for years now it has been the best natural cure for anyone who wants to strengthen the body and mind.

Properties of bee milk:

· Revitalizes the body and regenerates it

· 5 mg for each kg of body weight, placed under the tongue

· For children, 5 g of bee milk is added to 0.5 kg of honey. Mix well and the child can consume 10-15 g sober.

· For adults, add 10cc of bee milk to 0.5 kg of honey. Mix well and consume 25 grams of honey with bee milk sober in the morning.

Also, a special importance should be given to its preservation in order not to lose its values. The moment it is taken until it is consumed, it should be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of minus 20 degrees Celsius, advises Merja. While, at the moment of consumption, it is stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius.

Folk medicine specialist Ylli Merja also shared some recipes for the use of bee milk in various diseases and in dermatology.

For memory, alzheimer, parkinson:

· In the morning, 0.5 g of bee milk is placed under the tongue

· Drink harmony tea 3 glasses a day before bread

· Drink 2 x 4 drops a day after bread harmony oil

· Use 20 threads of saffron a day, in yogurt or food

For anemia:

· Put bee milk under the tongue in the morning sober (for children according to body weight 100 mgr, 200 mgr, 300 mgr / for adults 500 mgr)

· Use sanze root, put 1 teaspoon of sanze root in 1 tablespoon of yogurt

· Drink anemia tea 3 x 1 glass a day before bread

· Drink coloring alkania 1 glass of tea every afternoon

In dermatology, for the treatment of wounds, pimples, acne, wrinkles, seborrhea:

· Add 2-3 grams of bee milk to 50 grams of cream, mix and keep in the refrigerator. The cream can be according to the function of the skin and the problem.
