It often happens that our stomach is hard, swollen, we have gas gurgling, we have difficulty in digestion. The two teas recommended by Ylli Merja very effective in regenerating the digestive system are:

· MORNING TEA

Pour 1 tablespoon of flax seeds, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and 1 teaspoon of honey into a glass of lukewarm water. Leave for 10 minutes, stirring every 2-3 minutes. The tea is drunk sober 20-30 minutes before breakfast.

· AFTERNOON TEA

In a glass of hot water, pour 1 spoon of redwood soup and 1 handful of strawberry leaves or 1 spoon of wild apple soup. Leave for 10 minutes to oxidize the anthraquinones and then boil for 2-3 minutes. Let it cool for 10-15 minutes and drink the tea 20-30 minutes before going to bed.
