Kidney stones are hard masses that are created by the accumulation of calcium or other elements. Lack of water, excessive consumption of salt or various infections are the main causes that affect this disease. The popular doctor, Ylli Merja, in an interview for the supplement “Life Pages” in “Gazeta Shqiptare” shows that in our country the number of patients with kidney stones has increased from year to year and the ages that are most affected are in the border 20-70 years old.

The doctor further shows that folk remedies have miraculous effects on dissolving stones and explains that using a tea 6-7 times a day makes patients successful, without the need for surgical interventions.

How are kidney stones formed?

A kidney stone is a hard mass that forms when calcium compounds or other chemicals are not removed from the renal epithelium of the kidney but remain in the nephrons in the form of very small particles. Later these particles join each other forming crystals that are 1-2 mm. If it is not understood by the first signs of pain that the kidney gives, then these crystals continue to attract other particles around themselves. So the diameter of these continues to grow and can go up to 4 mm.

What are the main factors that influence their appearance?

Drinking little water causes the blood circulation in the kidney to be slower, so the possibility of microelements staying is greater. High uric acid in the blood causes these crystals in the kidneys to combine with calcium oxalates and form stones that are initially smaller than grains of sugar.

Is there a categorization of kidney stones?

From all types of stones, we have come to a conclusion that these are divided into 3 main groups. The first type are soft stones, whose base is calcium and melt easily, within 2-3 weeks and do not cause complications. The second type is stones of medium hardness, with a higher percentage of calcium. Their melting time depends on the size and ranges from 2-5 weeks.

The third category includes hard stones that look more like glassy stone with a dark color that indicates that the presence of silica is high. In general, when these stones are large enough, they break off like a block and come out uncrushed, while in other cases they come off like chips and last 3-5 months.

Can you tell us who are most at risk of contracting the disease?

The most likely limit for the formation of kidney stones used to be 20-45 years old, while today this limit has been extended from 20-70 years old, but children affected by this disease are not excluded. While as a percentage the formation of kidney stones has been increasing. Previously, 2-3% were predisposed to form kidney stones, while today this rate is 5-6%. While the sex most predisposed to the creation of stones are men.

What are the main symptoms that patients show?

Inexplicably, calcium salts of uric acid and other trace elements continue to wrap around this tangle. In this part, the nephrons of the kidneys become compressed and begin to occasionally give pain in the lower back, burning urine, fever, fever or vomiting. So if you have these signs it is good to understand that there is something wrong with your kidneys.
How is the diagnosis performed?

An abdominal echo can be done to see their condition. If we leave them in their “shroud” then the stones in the kidneys continue to exceed the limits of 12-14-20mm. These types of stones continue to increase pain in the middle, on the side of the stomach and burning urine.

Sometimes blood in the urine and a tendency to urinate more often. In some cases, stones that are 9-10-11 mm shoot out of the kidney and enter the urinary channels. This is the moment when the kidney stone gives unbearable pain accompanied by vomiting. The best reliever of these strong pains are baths with warm water and the use of herbal teas or drinking plenty of water 2-3 liters a day.

How much do different infections affect kidney failure?

Tonsil infections affect the proper functioning of the kidney by reducing the amount of urine produced in the kidneys. So, the head bacteria traveling from the tonsils to the kidneys make it difficult for the kidneys to filter the blood, and as a result, these microelements remain in the spaces inside the kidneys, first forming a crystalline cloud and then forming crystals.
Can kidney stones be dissolved using herbal remedies?

From the experience of our work, we have noticed that the use of medicinal plants not only fights urinary infections, urinary reflux in the kidneys, the decline of kidney function, but also the melting of kidney stones.

The best product for dissolving kidney stones is a herbal mixture that increases the digestive power of the tea by first weakening the structure of the stone in its outer part. This herbal mixture consists of increasing the acid in the body to significantly affect the surface of the stone.
If the person who has kidney stones drinks 6-7 glasses a day of the herbal mixture against kidney stones, then it is certain that they will emerge victorious and achieve the dissolution of kidney stones. After the stones come out of the kidney, the use of tea is stopped and can be resumed after a month, only 5-6 days. This is done so that in the space where the kidney stone was formed, it does not form again.
What are some of the herbs used to make this tea?

Plants that grow on rocks can dissolve kidney stones. So we use stone fern or snake’s wort, but also wild parsley that grows on the rocks and Robert’s thyme that grows on the limestone.

Even the asha shoot has positive results in dissolving stones. But sometimes the combination of several plants together is not missing. For example, mix 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice with one tablespoon of corn oil and drink it during the day with water.
